XZ03 is formulated to give fine line definition with minimum undercutting during etching.

Screen Defined (Usually printed with 100t/cm and 70-80 shore squeegee for best definition).

Suitable for air drying or very fast oven drying (1-8hours at room temp, only a few minutes in heated oven).

Suitable for acid etch only, will resist most commercially available acid etchants such as cupric chloride, ferric chloride, and ammonium persulphate.

Solvent strippable in a wide range of aliphatic, aromatic and halogenated hydrocarbon solvents. Inexpensive solvents such as paraffin and naphtha can be used as well as trichlorethane vapour.

Very fast stripping, XZ03 has a low pigmentation which means reduced sludge or residues in the stripping solution. Potassium or Sodium Hydroxide solution is recommended.
