XV1000
XV1000 has been formulated to give high definition screen printed images. When printed over copper clad laminate XV1000 is UV cured to give a hard stackable film.
Screen Defined, (Usually printed with 100t/cm and 70-80 shore squeegee for best definition).
UV Curing (Optimum cure will be achieved using a 2 - 3 lamp 80 W/cm. U.V. unit running at 5-6 m/min. to give of cure of 1500 - 2000 mJ/cm²., UV wavelength 310-420nm)
Suitable for acid etch. Can be used with alkali etch solution up to pH9.5, with very careful processing.
Alkali stripping in aqueous solutions of pH greater than 12. 3-5% Potassium Hydroxide at 40-50OC is recommended. XZ1000 strips into flakes.
Resolution of 75-100microns is achievable (resolution is always dependant not just on the etch resist but customers print & etch capability and production environment – clean room class 10,000 is recommended)

XV1000-2
XV1000-2 has been formulated to give high definition screen printed images. When printed over copper clad laminate XV1000-2 is UV cured to give a hard stackable film. The 2nd generation of XV1000 has better alkali resistance, better resolution and is faster stripping.
Screen Defined (Usually printed with 100t/cm and 70-80 shore squeegee for best definition). XV1000-2 has better definition than XV1000
