XZ302-1 CONDUCTIVE CARBON THERMOSETTING INK
This ink can be applied to a variety of substrates such as epoxy laminate FR4 for rigid circuits. XZ302-1 has excellent viscosity stability and printing property and is a screen defined product. Thermal curing induces chemical crosslinking to form stable films, which will withstand normal PCB fabrication and cleaning operations.

Typical curing is achieved after 150 ° C (302 ° F) for 60 minutes- Under curing may adversely affect electrical resistance, solvent rub resistance and adhesion.

Peelable solder mask is often printed over carbon ink to protect keypads and edge connectors during solder against flux contamination and solder pick-up.

Coates peelable resist & XZ302-1 are 100% compatible. XZ302-1 will meet typical loop resistance specifications, e.g. <100 O /sq, for push button operated circuits when activated with a graphite loaded pill. They are expected to withstand >1 million operations.

Customers are advised to
quantify this under their own conditions of use .
