In order to enjoy profitable and sustainable
growth, we need to create value for both our customers and
ourselves. We must clearly understand the needs of our customers
and develop effective processes to meet these needs. We also
need to focus on all aspects of cost, including manufacturing,
technical service, freight, selling and administrative expenses.
We will strive for improvement through initiatives such as the
Presidential Quality Programme, and the achievement of
objectives set through the establishment and monitoring of Key
Performance Indicators

TO BE A RESPONSIBLE CORPORATE
CITIZEN
To be a responsible corporate citizen, we need to focus on two aspects of
our behaviour:
we must minimise our consumption of natural resources and we must
constantly strive to be a ‘good neighbour’. We will use projects
like SunCareTM and
standards like ISO 14000, to continually upgrade our protection
of the environment. We will seek to conserve natural resources
and minimise wastage in all we do. In general, we will endeavour
to improve the quality of life in the communities in which we
live and work.
