New Ink Unlocks Offset Potential
A range
of new offset inks for CD’s and DVD’s has been specifically
formulated for use on ‘wet on wet’ offset printing machines such
as the Hanky and the Guann Ying. The new inks are designated CDO-DG
Series and are the result of a lengthy development programme and
proving trials, in response to demand.
Until now, prospective users were only able to source fully
suitable products for this technology from the Far East. The new
inks complement Coates Screen’s full range of other products for
the optical disc replicator, including CD1 and CD2 Series screen
inks, DVD whites, and the CDO-WL Series offset range. They are
being shown at Mediatech, Las Vegas, where staff will explain the
extent of their benefits and application principles, in the
context of the wide ranging service and support from this leading
supplier.
